If your situation is really bad, it might not hurt to start clean. Make a new account and keep it close to your heart. Then make a crap account elsewhere. I use two different brands so I don't have to keep logging out to check the other. Your account probably got sold to some ad agencies along the way or picked up by web spiders and spammed.

Perhaps allow us to forward the email address so that the Outlook.com servers can block the bad email at their level. We as users should have such an option.
